Margot & Ollie’s handled her with tender care and sent me this beautiful photo afterwards. Reasonably priced for my big girl who has a double coat. I will definitely be back!”

“This place is so welcoming and has quite the selection! My dog Baxter loves their pupcakes and the duck chew sticks. Ordered a cake for his birthday and they had many examples of cakes they've done previously to browse through. They really do put your pup first with great prices!”

“We cannot say enough great things about this store. My boyfriend bought his first bird there when he was a child and brought me after we bought our own birds. The selection alone would draw any bird parent, as there's nothing of the size in this area. The owners are a dedicated family that have years of experience in bird care, and are always happy to discuss our pets care. Today we ordered items to be shipped to us this time instead of visiting the store. We were shocked when the owners dropped our order to our home themselves a few hours after, since they already were in the area, and as we are having car troubles we could not have appreciated it more! Not many businesses these days go above & beyond consistently and have such a great mission! We truly love supporting & shopping there. They are always respectful, friendly, and attentive to all customers. In addition they board birds, offer grooming sessions, and work with an Avian vet. If you have a bird and you love them, we recommend shopping here! There is also a wide variety of products for care of other pets in your family too, so give them a try!”

“Dr. Melo is the best vet you will ever meet! The staff are all very friendly and compassionate too. Fairly priced as well. Recently had to put my dog down (heart failure and stopped eating and drinking) and it was the most humane process ever. They even mailed a card! You will never find a better place to bring your dog! “Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

“What a great venue for our mother’s celebration of life this past Saturday. The spacious showroom with tables, couches and bar area to sit and high tops for social gathering made for a great place to mingle, share stories and eat & drink in a comforting environment surrounded by beautiful fishes. Kurt and his team made a tough day into something special that my mom would have loved to be a part of. We will be looking for more ways to use this space in the future for sure.”
“We have a 200lb English Mastiff, who today decided he was too scared too enter the store. Thank God for Mike who helped me get him inside and also made sure we were safe and did not lose him into the parking lot as he tried to make his great escape. Mike went above and beyond to help all the while taking care of other customers. Appreciate his help and the convenience of being able to wash our lap pony locally.”

They explained everything to me so that I was able to make difficult decisions with confidence. My dog was in the very best hands (and hearts).
Their pricing was by far the most affordable without compromising quality of care. In fact, they provided far better care than any other (much more expensive) vet I have previously used.

“Oliver our Mini Golden-Doodle loves his baths at Rumford! In particular he loves Rachael who greets him with a smile every time we visit. They definitely have a connection.
This store is so well merchandised and the Bath stalls are clean and well maintained.
I wouldn’t bring Oliver anywhere else, why bother because this place is like a real treat and Oliver looks forward to his baths & Rachael. Yes, I highly recommend!”
“I am SO thankful for East Bay Kennels. I feel confident that everyone who works there is a true dog lover. I am always relieved when I drop them off and they (2 Frenchies) pull away from me to get INTO the kennel. One pup has fear aggression- he is otherwise a sweet sweet baby - and this kennel has been willing to care for him with his special needs and allow me to continue to do what I need to do. Highly recommend ❤️.”

“We have been bringing our dog Mulligan to BFF for three and a half years. There is nowhere else I would trust with his care, especially for overnights when my family travels.
We even moved 35 minutes away two years ago and have continued using BFF resort as our doggy daycare as nowhere else can compare. Mulligan absolutely lights up whenever we ask him if “he wants to see his friends?”.
There is an orientation and process to getting your pup enrolled, but it is SO WORTH IT. Trust their process and know they are experts at what they do and keeping your dog safe!
