The receptionist Alex is so sweet and personable! I didn’t get the boss’s name but he was flexible on rescheduling since my first appointment I had to move due to being called into work.”

“I just wanted to take a moment and say that this company , specifically Matt, went above and beyond for me. My daughter was in a major accident and they towed her car to this place . When I called to say the insurance was coming to get it , Matt actually helped me in what all of the next steps I should take .He provided me with invaluable advice. I am grateful because he did not even know me before this day but went above and beyond to help me. He even offered to help talk to my insurance company . I had no idea that I could negotiate the offer and what my rights were. Matt led me through it and even looked up the value of my car during his busiest day. I literally could call him multiple times to ask questions and each time he answered with more knowledge than I could even imagine. Thank you so much Matt. I truly appreciate all you did for me . Going above and beyond is something I am grateful for . Thank you !!! If anyone needs a company who cares immensely , this is the place !!. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Thank you!!!”

“I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone! My brand new suv was hit by a deer and required a lot a lot of work to the drivers side door and front quarter panel, however JRA made the experience quick and painless! They handled everything, kept me informed every step of the way, and returned my suv to me looking completely brand new again! Thank you JRA!”

“I called Al at Renaissance auto recovery today to have a car junked. He offered me $500 for it. He showed up when he said he would and he paid me what he said he would pay me. He informed me that he was getting extorted online with bad reviews so he asked me to leave this and I did such a shame a small company like this would be targeted. If you need your car junked anywhere in Rhode Island or in the Providence area I’d give renaissance auto recovery a try best for cash for junk cars”

“Brought bmw to dealer for a ridiculous price quote as front differential gone and wanted me to pay extra money on top of the warranty. Called Kirk’s and they took me in right away and worked with my warranty company. Was a huge job and picked it up and heard a little noise and he told me bring it back. Tighten the exhaust and is perfect. Stands by his work and was done in decent time. I’m so happy I went here. Also gave me a 12 month warranty on parts. Definitely recommend.”

“I officially found a mechanic who I can genuinely rely on and trust! I got a referral to check out Markos Auto Center - how the owner (Markos) and his team was really good - great customer service. Indeed, this person was on the spot. I'm a 30 year old female who's owned about 4 cars in the past 7 years (...Yea I know). Every time I had an issue, I experienced mechanics who's number one goal in life was to burn you. Needless to say, I no longer have to feel that way anymore. Markos shown me exceptional service by not only fixing my car but working with my troubled insurance company. Forever I'll remember and feel grateful that people like him still do exist. HIGHLY recommended!”
