The work done was superb and the cost was exactly what was given to me as an estimate. On top of everything else, they had my car ready 2 days earlier than expected and, when I picked it up, it had undergone pristine detailing, both inside and out, and looked like they day I drove it home for the first time. “Idk if they are truly trustworthy or not brought my car for a transfer case replacement $1300 dollar job car comes back with a squeak it didnt have before and i my drive control feature isnt working anymore before the repair it was working. Definitely get a second opinion before bringing here also poor communication .... Update: Mechanic resolved issue with great customer service”

“I was rear ended and chose Coastal Collision on recommendation. I am so glad I did. Not only is the staff great and patient, the detailing job they did on my SUV was fantastic! They even cleaned inside my headlights! Most importantly, I had a Wall-e decal on the lift gate of my trunk which was going to be replaced and we joked that it probably couldn’t be saved. I figured I’d just buy it again. However, when I picked up my car the sticker was there! They had gone out of their way to find it on Amazon and apply it! Simply amazing, talk about going above and beyond. I was touched. Would recommend and will definitely go back (though I hope I don’t have to!)”

“Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”
