“I highly recommend Custom Threads/Cartel Clothing on Pearl St. in Fall River, MA. I simply called and explained my idea for some custom shirts that I wanted and Lisa did the rest. We talked via phone or email as needed/applicable. I could pay over the phone or via an emailed link to PayPal. I paid half up front and the balance at pick up. The pricing was very reasonable, better than their competitors in my experience, and it was all super convenient. Lisa was kind and easy to work with and nailed it with the first proofs. The shirts were ready about a week earlier than anticipated. The standard 2 week turn around time is already fantastic but they beat it. The shirts came out absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier and I won't go anywhere else for my custom clothing in the future.”

“This winter has been brutal, and it's not done with us yet. I've gone to two Home Depots looking for insulated gloves. I've looked for them at Walmart, too. No luck, all sold out.
I called Rocky's Ace Hardware in Fall River, hoping they'd have some. No. But...one of their employees told me that Carter's Clothing, off Plymouth Ave, next to McDonald's, was where he'd purchased his.
I drove over to have a look...I was dumbfounded! They had an incredible selection of both men's and women's insulated gloves...of all types--for shoveling, skiing, general wear...I felt like I'd landed in heaven.
I bought not one, but two different types of insulated gloves--far surpassing the quality of a pair I recently gave to someone else who needed them more than I did.
There's so much more great gear to be found at Carter's. I don't understand why they're not doing a better job of advertising--their parking lot was empty, yet their shelves were overflowing...with boots, gloves, scarves, socks--pants, shirts...you get the picture.
Best of all, their prices were reasonable. Whereas Amazon had a several-day wait for delivery, and Walmart noted 3+ days to get theirs...I walked right in, found two great pairs, and was out in less than fifteen minutes...and the staff were incredibly helpful, too.
I have no affiliation with Carter's, but I'm so impressed with them that I plan to return and get my clothing and other needs there. I do hope they do better advertising, as they certainly deserve more business.”

“Like all the other reviewers here, I can’t praise Deborah Winthrop Lingerie enough. After years of falling victim to self-fittings and online size charts—and bras that clearly didn’t fit —I finally decided to seek professional help. I only wish I had done it sooner.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. In the blink of an eye, I was expertly fitted with three bras that were - are - incredibly comfortable and supportive (and cute!). Game. Changer.

“Charlie has a wealth of information on menswear. Each conversation I had with him I was able to learn a lot. I had a custom suit made and the turnaround was faster than expected and it came out great. He’s also a great guy in general. Will for sure be returning for future menswear. The seamstress Pat who also works there is also great. She nailed all my suit measurements and so when I put it on it felt perfect.”

From their Autumn Sunrise and Winter Frost,, I can't get enough of their products and I use them in my massage business and my clients LOVE the scents when they come in for their sessions. “This boutique has such a great variety of unique clothing and accessories. The owner Elaine exudes enthusiasm for fashion and making sure her customers have the best experience while shopping. The price points are a bit high- don’t expect a bargain. But you will get personal shopping/styling and leave feeling like it was worth the spend. The store has great high end denim brands and lots of nice boutique labels. The seasonal sweaters are super cute. Give them a follow on socials- love their fun reels!!”
