“Came there yesterday, because I did not want to take the drive to Apple in providence. My screen was broken and my speakers had lots of debris in them that i couldn’t get out. Originally came in only for a screen repair, but he talked me into getting speakers cleaned out. Phone looks completely new and audio is amazing. Prices were very understandable, and the process was very quick and smooth. Probably saved me half the amount i would have prob paid at apple. Next time I need a repair i’m going here”

“I would like to take the opportunity to recommend a T-Mobile store where I recently encountered an issue upgrading my phone. During the process, there was a problem with my old phone that I was trading in. One of the sales representatives, whose name I believe was Ryan, attempted to assist me but was unable to resolve the issue. Consequently, the store manager became involved, and together they worked diligently to find a solution.
As explained by Alex, the store manager, he informed me that he would contact me with a solution within a few days. After a few days, he reached out to me with a viable solution and successfully activated my new phone. I cannot recall the last time I received service of such exceptional quality from any other provider.
If you are seeking a T-Mobile store, I highly recommend visiting this establishment. Thank you, Alex and your exceptional staff. Your dedication and commitment are truly commendable.”

“Went to Metro this morning to upgrade our phones at this location, Was was greeted by Shayla, we needed new 5G phones and I wanted hotspot for our boat Shayla was very knowledgeable in what we wanted and needed. We had already been to Metro on Bald Hill road met with a girl wish I could remember her name but I remembered she had purple hair, when I told her what I wanted she said all I needed to do was upgrade my phones. When I asked about Hotspot she said ( Why do you need hotspot when your going to have 5g) didn't make sense to me, plus she made me feel like we were imposing on her empty store. Needless to say thanks to Shayla for her knowledge and patience we're on our boat watching Netflix!”
