“I had a first and excellent experience with Sunshine. I needed troubleshooting as a non customer of theirs. Yet, they were very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. From dispatch to the technician, great team.”

“Due to an unexpected loss in the family, the past few months have mostly involved dealing with estate issues. There have been a few fabulous vendors who have assisted us. I first contacted Mike's Oil during the summer to stop further deliveries on the estate house. I then had to contact them to get paperwork for the closing. Nancy in the office was very helpful and told what to do. I had the paperwork the same day. Lastly a few days before the closing, we noticed the house was cold despite turning on the heat. We called, got an appointment within 2 hours same day. Mike who is familiar with the house came, checked everything, found and fixed the nozzle problem and then we had heat. He helped me set the thermostat so that it was on a low enough temp to prevent pipe freeze but also keep house warm enough. Great service!”

“The entire team at Wilkinson's did a great job from start to finish. Including getting me up and running in a very short amount of time. Customers service can make or break a companies reputation. The last couple of years has put a strain on many business. It is hard now a days to even get a call back from some people let alone trying to get work done in a timely manner.Jim was great to work with, keeping me informed all along the process. Could not ask for more.My hat is off to the Wilkinson team for demonstrating superb customer service.Highly recommendService: Heating system installation”

“I was looking for a new propane company just for my generator and I had two tanks to supply it. I own the tanks which some companies don’t even wanna bother with you cause they can’t lease them to you. Phills had no problem with that. All I had to do is, I had to prove that I own the tanks and they made the process simple and easy. Also setting me up on automatic payment once the process was done in the office. People were so kind I had to call to . make sure everything was good to go on there end for paperwork wise that I scanned it through and they had it it was quick and easy They promised me a delivery the next day the gentleman was at my home at 7 AM which I was so impressed and he was very very kind between the staff in the office and the driver that I got to come to my home. I know I’m with the right company because they treat you like family even the owner got involved which you don’t see today so if you’re looking for a company that makes you feel more than just a customer but family call them they also said that if I had a power outage, give them a call in that if it was more than a day they would be here that day or the next day and I would assured not to be left without propane and have my generator running at all times no matter the storm I I totally believe them just by the customer service I received from the people in the office. They were outstanding so I will be recommending them to family and friends so if you’re looking for a Propane company call Phills and you will be happy and satisfied as I was Brian C”

“Our expansion tank broke and when we returned from vacation, the furnace had turned off, there was water it would not work. It is the winter and the house temperature was 52. It was 2 AM. I called Columbus and they connected me with the on call technician Zach. He came out and over arriving at 3AM and worked all night to change the expansion tank, and replace all the relays and controls that had been ruined by the water soaking them. He was great, efficient and professional. I could not have asked for more. He finally finished all the repairs at 7AM. I felt terribly that he was up all night but he could not have been more gracious. I would give Zach 10 stars, but they only allow 5. It is comforting to know that in the middle of the night, you can get the help that you need”
