He listens to his customers, offers helpful advice and is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve the vision of the customer. George works with his clients and is transparent in pricing (which is always very fair!). There are no "surprises" with George; with the exception of turn around time. I had been shopping around at many well known jewelers several months ago and stopped in at NE Gold & Silver one day to check them out. I found the best customer service I have ever experienced. I knew what I wanted and Brian listened and was patient with me to make me the ring I wanted. And he did come thru with five stars. He was determined to make me a satisfied customer. Which he did !! “Aria’s jewelers would earn 100 gold stars from me if possible. I was in a bind. I had a good cross that needed to be engraved but due to the design of it, it was an extremely hard task to complete.
I went to various jewelers close to my home and the prices were outrageous, with a long turn around time and no guarantee if it would even look nice.
I called Aria’s on a whim and in a panic and the owner was so helpful from that initial phone call. Not only did he get the engraving done perfectly, the price was incredibly reasonable and he also completed it quicker than he told me initially. I dropped it off on a Saturday, he told me it would be ready by Friday. To my surprise it was ready on Tuesday!

“If you are looking for attention to detail, strong communication, and custom jewelry, look no further than Arias! I was apprehensive to try a new jeweler after my previous jeweler made several errors with my engagement ring. I took the ring to Arias and Sergio was nothing but kind in walking me through my options. He pointed out the errors made by the other jeweler and what he could do to fix them. The whole time he was explanatory but not dismissive. He truly wanted to make sure the ring was fixed how I wanted it but also in a way that was durable. Through the re-design process, he communicated frequently and shared 3D models to make sure I was comfortable with it before anything was actually done. He was also upfront about cost and timing throughout the design process. I highly recommend Arias and plan to return for any future jewelry needs!”

So things r on the expensive side n somethings r priced just like any other store. The ppl that work there r super friendly n helpful. I haven't had a problem myself in this store.”
