“I must say that we had a bad start with this move- the estimate did not quite align with the reality, and the time and costs looked like they could be considerable more than the estimate. We expressed our frustrations to the crew leaders and eventually the owner of the company contacted us personally to resolve the issues to our satisfaction. So credit to the ownership for listening and responding with a mutually agreeable solution. As for the move itself, the crews were strong and capable. They packed things extremely well, with padding and wrapping that was more than adequate. They crews were also very client-focused and willing to disassemble and reassemble furniture upon request. To date (we just finished the move and have not unpacked everything) we have not found any damage. The good: 1. The crews and their customer friendly approach 2. The care in padding, packing and moving the furniture Room for improvement: 1. Inaccurate estimating process (maybe he had a bad day? We don't think it was intentional) resulted in surprises for us the the moving crews. 2. Communication could have been better (a move day was cancelled and no one had notified us until that afternoon).”

“This was the best move crew I have ever had! They arrived with a three man team, Dave Palmer, Derek, and Shaun. This is now my 7th full move and these guys were the best. They were courteous with my house and careful with my things. They unpacked and removed everything without hassle or prompting by me. They spent extra time assembling my furniture even though some of the furniture pieces were broken down into very small pieces. I hope I get them again when I next move. True professionals.”

“I have used Conlon Moving twice for local moves and highly recommend them. Conlon's team -- Kevin, Bill and T.J. -- are professionals and handled our household items with extreme care. Let me start by saying that these gentlemen showed up at the exact time they said they would. There are not enough kind words to say how accommodating, patient, and friendly these gentlemen are. We have a vintage china cabinet with fragile glass and a glass curio cabinet which was gently wrapped and secured for the move. Even when I would tell them it was okay to take a short-cut in packing some of the household items, they insisted on packing it "the right way." Even in the humid weather, these gentlemen kept it moving with a smile. Many thanks to Kevin, Bill, and T.J. & Conlon for doing a great job.”

“I had a very difficult move. I had to leave all my belongings in storage because I moved to LA. My life has been in storage for the last four years. It's been at Jones Moving and Storage. I flew back to empty my storage. First, they were amazing while my items were in storage. A few times I had to switch credit cards. They were very understanding. Today went so smoothly I'm in shock and awe. Andy did my paperwork. James, Marcus and Derrick emptied my storage space helping me separate what I was taking and what I was leaving behind to be donated. They all were incredibly nice, polite and truly helped me end a very difficult chapter of my life. They had me laughing and smiling when I thought I would be crying.
