“To Pedro Figueroa, it's not they are fault if you can't remember a four-digit gate number which is usually the last four numbers of your phone number. Also you admitted that you had bed bugs in your stuff and that's from you not them their storage units don't carry bed bugs or bugs people bring them in their stuff from where they lived. This is the least expensive storage unit in the whole state of Rhode Island give them credit they have a lot of work to do and they are trying their best to keep the place up and running and inexpensive for us poor people in Pawtucket in Central Falls. Please don't blame them for problems you could have discussed with them. You're giving them a bad name and they don't deserve one and Roy is an awesome guy he helps everybody with everything. He is the guy that works at the desk. He's nothing but kind professional an overly caring. He takes his job seriously around he's not playing games. Whoever hired him did a great job. STORE SPACE IN CENTRAL FALLS RI RULES!!!!
#1, A+++++. They also have a very clean public restroom. You should be grateful they have a nice clean restroom for the patrons. This is not usually offered in other storage spaces although it should be.”
“Dave, Derek, & Shaun did a great job getting us packed up & loaded for a long-distance move. We had a big house & far too much stuff but they rolled with the punches & got it done. They worked quickly, efficiently, & safely & were easy to work with. The weather was hot & then rainy but they still worked hard. No damage was done to our walls. I would hire them again. Very pleased with their work.”

“I believe that people involved were doing their best for our move. Communication could be improved to ensure everyone is on the same page. We were quoted by the estimator three to five days to receive our possessions. We ended up getting them nine days after. Because of a snowstorm, we were offered the option to have the movers pick up two days early, but were not told it would delay our possessions receipt by those two days. We paid a premium to use a Mayflower contractor, so I expect more.”

And special thanks to Nate’s crew! They did awesome work during my move. Very communicate and careful (they moved my furniture out better than the store I ordered from moved them in!). During move-in, they asked for where we wanted every item placed and were vocally eager to move things around and/or set stuff up. Despite it being nearly in the 90s during the move, they really hustled and provided amazing and courteous service!”
