“No problems with the outside storage. Haven't used the inside. When my outside unit needed repair, they fixed it the same day. Not thrilled about the area in general. Some shady looking people around & about the place. But could be worse? 'The prices are better than average. I'll recommend the place on my experiences so far. I'll report back if that changes.”

“5 Stars! I am amazed at all the low ratings. It is a shame when people do not comment on their rating, because you never know their true reason. My company has used Mobile storage for years now for our temporary storage needs. They have been nothing but amazing! I started with my company last year and when I spoke with Tracy for the first time she was not only helpful with my storage needs, but with other tips for my new role. Ryan was super helpful also, even took time out of his vacation to give me a call. I have had the experience of working with a few storage companies, and the service you will get from Mobile Storage is hands down the best!”

“The storage facility is Clean, the sales reps are friendly and courteous. And in my opinion, the prices are reasonably affordable. The only reason why I didn’t give five stars because from what I’ve seen from some of the clients, this isn’t the best storage facility to be a soldier in the field of storage wars. From what I’ve been advised, This is where junk goes to get scrapped but other than that this is a Five star facility with five star customer service.”

“The best. Great customer service reps. Nice clean storage with various sizes to choose from. The price was reasonable although they raised on me within a couple months. I did not like that. I also think they need a bigger garbage skip and with free access to it. Currently you have to wait on the office to be open in order to get access to it.”

“We have used Gladu three times now and have had such a great experience and wonderful customer service! Prompt delivery and pickup. They even went above and beyond once when we rented and a snowstorm was coming. They were slammed but made sure to pickup so we didn’t end up with 12 inches of snow in the dumpster also. Highly recommend and will use them again.”

Joanne is always very polite, accommodating and professional and the units are always spotless. I will always go back to this facility, for all of those reasons. “After months of awful service at the Store Space in Cranston, R I they finally changed management and listened to the complaints that they were hearing! Thank you to Store Space and putting new management in that location! Samuel, was there to take on the Cranston Store Space and deal with all the complaints and months of bad service that took place. He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional, organized and respectful! Things that were never taken care of were now under control and headed in the right direction! Thankfully corporate stepped in to turn this around and make it a better experience. “Reasonably priced units. Good location and selection of units in a variety of sizes. Friendly and helpful staff that are very attentive to the property and units. Company's Facebook page has contests and games as well as some karaoke entertainment by the famous David from time to time. Family and community oriented business that is always giving back to the city. Would highly recommend. Also, check them out for your dumpster needs! You won't be disappointed!!”

“4/2023 - Chan was awesome......even called me back to figure out a time to see your fantastic facility. WOW. Drive in, easy and secure. AC on hot days Heat on cold days....12/2023 - easy in easy out. Been working on a Winter project over the last 4-6 weeks. Everything is good except the toilet need a little help and soap and a hand dryer would be good. Get rid of the trash can....people are slobs.”
