“as referred to Christy's after my vehicle was severely damaged by a tree, I could not be happier with every aspect of this operation. Pick up was very easy and efficient, the vehicle was ready for the time I reserved it and Brian was incredibly helpful and professional for the entire process. He clearly explained charges and limits to mileage so there was no uncertainty in the future. The one standout moment among many incredible ones was when my insurance company began to put a time restriction on my rental car due to my vehicle being totaled. Nathan was extremely helpful in this situation. He was extraordinarily empathetic to the circumstance and he and I were able to communicate clearly and come up with a wonderful plan for extending the vehicle in the short term to fit my needs. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Joe who aided in this process and carried on the same level of professionalism as Nathan and Brian. Drop off was a cinch, I arrived literally two minutes after they opened and Brian was ready to go to complete drop off just as easily as we completed pick up. Long review short, if you go to Christy's you'll be treated with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. I will tell anyone who is in need of a rental vehicle to visit this place, you won't be disappointed”

“I can only comment on the propane refill service as, that is all I used.I drove into the parking lot and easily found the propane service area. I went inside to let the staff know I was there and paid for my refill.Within minutes a female staff member was at the propane tank quickly filling up my tank.I would say overall it took about ten minutes - I would come here for propane again. Price was slightly cheaper than my usual place.”

“I want to reach out to U-Haul in Attleboro, especially the gentleman behind the counter today when my daughter and I went in seeking assistance, Carlos.I was having trouble with a hitch on my car that wasn't fitting a trailer that I was moving. My daughter and I went to this U-Haul in Attleboro, and Carlos could not have been more helpful and patient. We had to come back a second time due to difficulties we were having changing the hitch and Carlos offered help and guidance and was not upset that we had to return a product literally purchased just 20 minutes before in exchange for another piece, thanks for the help Carlos it was really appreciated during a frustrating day in these difficult times.”

“"At you risk...?"The initial rental process was not so pleasant regarding the onsight U-Haul rep! He was not a pleasant person ,- appeared to have a major attitude problem ( for no reason) just demonstrated to be an unhappy angry sarcastic individual & he pointed out all possible negative impacts - like rats , theft ,& water damage. This made the experience very scary ?! Although there was another (new)rep but he appeared to be training her to demonstrate by being dishonest... - by trying to sell a truck for more than the asking price!! Also I had a few boxes missing and I would not be wrong to consider him as a person of interest especially because he pressed about how suing for stolen items was not an option?!! However the storage unit process demonstrated to be very peaceful, safe and clean but I do not know if I would use this location again. If possible I would apply a camera in the unit for peace of mind...! Honesty at this location is not ? promised...However, closing out the storage unit was easy & satisfactory & the rep was more pleasant at this time. Overall be wise with your rental process ? & safe guard your items with camera access on your phone...”

I had trouble with my reservation online and went in for support and Felipe was supportive alongside his manager in getting me out of there with the truck and equipment I needed. They have reasonable prices and aren't so restrictive with hours rented as many other uhaul places are. I will continue to be a customer of this location if I need to rent a big truck for any reason. To state again, EXCELLENT Customer service!”
