The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.

“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”

“AT&T informed me that they were going to charge me $876.45 for a phone that I traded in but they claimed it was never received. I didn’t save my receipt with the tracking number on it because it was over 3 months ago. Nick worked with me to get the evidence I needed to prove to AT&T that it was indeed shipped back to them and they credited my account. Bravo Nick for going above and beyond anyone’s expectations to help a UPS customer out and deliver true customer service and satisfaction!”

Today the gentleman asked, “How has your day been so far?” When I responded with “Could be better.” He took the time to ask follow up questions and showed genuine concern, asking if there was a way he could help. Seeing my emotion when I responded, “No, but I genuinely appreciate you asking,” He expressed that he hoped that whatever I’m going through gets better and asked if I needed a hug. “Here to offset some of the negative reviews based on my experience yesterday. Went to the store, found a bunch of vinyl that was really reasonably priced. There was some stuff that was overpriced in my opinion, but the reasonably priced stuff more than made up for the overpriced stuff. When I got the albums home I found a couple that had some scuffs, and the owner said just bring them back and I could swap them out with some others that were there (there were doubles in store). This is my kind of place for buying old classic rock records. Bins full of cool stuff, some in great shape and some not so much. So go and hunt for the good stuff, it's like going to a yard sale. But the prices and service was solid overall and the owner was very understanding.”

“I come to this branch either everyday or every other day, frequent customer here. I don't interact much with the staff as I'm dropping off packages but if I have a question I get in line. Line goes quick if there's more than one person working the desk. I'd have to say, this place does need extra help. There is usually only one person behind the counter and they seem pretty miserable when left alone. I mean I would be pretty miserable if I was the only one at the counter with a mound of drop offs I have to scan. They do good work though, props.”
