“I recently replaced ball joints, tie rods and other front suspension and steering parts on my older pickup truck, and needed a front-end alignment. A coworker recommended this place, and it turned out to be a good recommendation. Making an appointment was easy, and I like that the owner, who is highly experienced, is the person working on your vehicle. He took me for a drive before starting the work, to see how the truck rode (it was wandering a lot, prior to getting aligned). Less than two hours later, my truck was ready and aligned. The owner texted me an image of the before and after alignment specs, and answered all of my technical questions (I'm a car guy). The truck rolls down the road nice and straight now, and is once again a pleasure to drive.”

“I made a bad decision and abandoned one of my older cars, it was picked up eventually by this towing company. They sent me a letter but i read it very late and would most likely of had to go to court for it. But when I got there they were very very understanding, and helped me out and made me ONLY pay the tow fee. They have literally saved me thousands of dollars and time in court, really cannot thank or recommend them enough. The man in the office at west warwick ave literally could not have been nicer, overall 11/10 experience, will for sure be recommending this company in the future. Thanks again guys :)”
“I generally send my husband to take care of any car maintenance for me because I had something really bad happen to me at a mechanic shop when I lived in NY and it still makes me uneasy. That being said, I had to bring my car for an oil change myself today, and am glad to report that I had a very good experience at Jiffy Lube of Coventry. I love that I didn’t even have to get out of the car, and that there was a female mechanic! The service was very quick, and the male manager was nice too. I did bottom out trying to get out of the parking lot though hahah. I can actually say that I would go there by myself again, which is huge for me. Thank you!”
