We went thru a very precarious situation with checks that hadn’t cleared, on a large ticket item. Kathleen knew to step outside her position in order to help a longtime friend, and member of the credit union. She knew it would work out because she knows us! In the impersonal world of banking, it is so wonderful to be greeted with a smile. I went into the bank today because I had a problem with online banking that was not resolved by calls to the main office. Tami Jackvony assured me that she would get it resolved - and she did! She listened so well, made several phone calls and made sure, before I left, that the problem was solved.”
