“Clean, bright, friendly, efficient - lathe things you want from a bank. This branch is great; the staff are all friendly, the service is quick without being sloppy. There are two ATMs - a drive thru and a walk-up. Plenty of parking, although take note - everyone in the Village uses this lot as a place to park for anything in the village. Also, it's a busy little town for traffic, both pedestrian and vehicle, so exercise caution both entering and exiting the bank.”

“I don't have any complaints at all. The drive thru is a bit funky. I never seen a drive thru in the middle of a parking lot before lol. Lobby isn't much of a lobby. I'd like to see a small waiting area or something else besides a massive counter when you walk through the door but that's my opinion. Staff is friendly and ready to take anyone who's in line right away. (I don't have any complicated transactions. Just depositing, withdrawing, account management.)”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Marlon this morning- what an asset to the company! He notarized a document for me. As a notary myself, I have encountered tellers who do not know how to properly notarize and I've had to have documents corrected. Marlon did everything correctly and explained to me what he was doing- he is a GREAT notary, following RI Notary Laws! I had questions about employment opportunities at BOA and Marlon was very helpful and enthusiastic with his answers. It is evident that he loves his job! Thank you Marlon!”
“I've been with Santander Bank since 2008 They are Awesome excellence and quick service always.Very friendly and sweet with customers. Whenever I go to get a letter, make a deposit and cash a check every issue I bring to them is resolved. In April of this year 2025 some one tried to use my Bank Card took $273 they found out quickly it was a Scam and returned my money and changed my bank Card. They have great customer service they are all very professional and answer all my questions in a way that I understand clearly. Today I had the Privilege to be attended by Steph I needed a document she was very sweet and gave me what I needed.They are all amazing. They are all knowledgeable and well trained they can become leaders. I want to give them more than 10 stars. I definitely talk to family and friends about my favorite Bank Santander. So whoever is reading this try Santander Bank for yourself. You won't regard it. If it's Santander Bank it has to be Good! Thank you Santander for being my #1 Bank. Blessings.”

I cant tell you how thrilled we were with our last visit!!
The branch manager (Luis) was so incredible helping us open an account for my 6 yo grandson! He had saved money in his piggy banks for years and rolled all his coins to deposit into a new account, and Luis made him feel so special and grown up.
We also worked with a teller who made our deposit who was so sweet and nice!
I have been a customer since I was 15 (39 years!) and I am continually happy with my service most times I need to visit, but this visit was Above and Beyond all expectations!! Thank you Luis and staff!”
