“I called early afternoon on a Saturday for a same-day flower arrangement delivery to my mom, for her 85th birthday on Sunday. I was panicked due to my own tardiness, knowing chances were slim that I could accomplish this on time. The owner advised that all deliveries for the day were done earlier, but he sensed my stress. He then asked me if I minded an early evening delivery instead and, if so, he would personally deliver the arrangement to my Mom after he closed the shop for the weekend. THAT is next-level customer service! His empathy blew me away. I will always use Forget-Me-Not in the future as a result.

In the end, my Mom was thrilled with the beauty and size of the arrangement AND the fact she was so surprised to get it the night before her birthday. Made me smile. All because of this shop owner who went above and beyond for me. If this is how they manage all aspects of their business, then you’ll be well-rewarded giving them all of your future business! I live out of state, but will call them first for my florist needs going forward!”

She assisted me right away and made me feel at home. Place is clean and beautiful, showing off all there is to offer. “Talia was our florist for our October 2025 wedding and I am still in awe at how gorgeous everything she did was. We hired Talia very early on, a little under 2 years before our wedding, and our vision changed several times including our color scheme, the types of flowers we wanted, decor, etc. Talia handled these changes with complete professionalism. Her communication was top notch from the beginning. Any time we were unsure how our decor would look with anything she was doing, she was more than happy to give us her opinion or different options on decor we could use day of if we couldn't decide. Her experience and knowledge in this industry is evident. When we were having trouble finding lanterns we liked, she even offered to special order us ones she had access to. She was very flexible with us changing quantities of items (within a reasonable timeframe) and ultimately helped us build the perfect vision for our day and within the budget we had. She even toured our venue with us since it was new wedding venue for her to make sure everything we were asking for was possible and to make a plan B in case it rained.

Day of, Talia brought 75% of our decor with her so we didn't have to worry about transporting it with everything else we needed. After our ceremony, she stayed to take pieces from outside and set up the reception area so our flowers/greenery had a second place for the night. We ran into a small issue with our original floor plan layout and she quickly came up with a solution to prevent the sweetheart table and surrounding tables from being too crowded. The flowers and greenery everywhere were breathtaking.

You can only shop here if you have a valid resale certificate. Not open to the public. Their designers always have beautiful vignettes set up with design ideas. Love this place been a customer for almost 40 years”
