“Sales personnel were great. A bit disappointed that the couch had a damaged wood piece as well as the ottoman. Hoping the repair will correct the issue. Items were inspected by 5 people! Wonder how this was missed?”

Then, when the delivery included a damaged piece, the C&B team worked with us on a quick and logical solution (compensated us $75 for our trouble—a trip to the hardware store to grab some screws for a leg that had popped off the ottoman).
