“Sales personnel were great. A bit disappointed that the couch had a damaged wood piece as well as the ottoman. Hoping the repair will correct the issue. Items were inspected by 5 people! Wonder how this was missed?”

I've shopped the Garden City Pottery Barn for over a decade, and I've not once encountered a rude employee. The staff here has always been helpful, the store is always clean, and looks great. Compliments to the store, as working with the public is never easy. Five stars. ❤️”
