“Ramon was a very helpful young man. Help directed me to the aisles I needed ! 5 stars for Ramon. During cashing out the older cashier at the time was very rude and dismissive. Seemed very upset when I asked her a question about one of my products. She was blunt and rolled her eyes when I needed help at self check out.”

“On February 3, 2023, Friday evening, which was the coldest night of the year (-9 Degrees Fahrenheit) I had a major plumbing problem. After taking my shower and turning off the Symmons Temptrol control valve, hot water kept running (not dripping) and I had no shut-off valves in proximity to the shower to stop the hot water back flow. Back in 2010 I purchased a high efficiency boiler from Bruce at Ardente Supply Co. which has an indirect hot water tank associated with the boiler. I was fearful to shut down the boiler while attempting to fix the problem since the boiler provides both space heat and domestic hot water. The next day, February 4, 2023, Saturday, the overnight temperature was the second coldest night of the year (-2 Degrees Fahrenheit) and I still could not do anything to stop the hot water siphoning from the boiler. After two days of record setting temperatures and another day, Sunday, that the problem could not be addressed, I decided to call Bruce at Ardente supply on Monday. Bruce has helped me over the years addressing both electrical and plumbing problems with my boiler and supplying various plumbing parts for a number of home remodeling jobs. After discussing my siphoning problem with Bruce, he told me what I needed to do to secure boiler operation and how to rebuild my Symmons Temptrol shower valve. I do not know what I would have done if Bruce did not come to the rescue. Bruce, your expertise in HVAC is truly exceptional and I feel that my experience might help someone in the community with a similar or any heating/plumbing problem. Bruce, kudos to you... Rick P.”
“After shopping around for kitchen cabinets, we found that Home Outlet in Warwick, RI was 1/3 of the price that other places were charging for the same thing. I walked in with my kitchen/pantry measurements and received a free design from Chris with no appointment necessary. I’m very picky and he sat with me for almost 2 hours with a smile on his face making sure the kitchen layout was designed to my liking. It was so cool seeing him design my kitchen on the big screen right behind him so that I was able to really visualize everything. The store manager, David, was a pleasure to work with and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns that came up right away. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We just completed a full renovation on our 70-year old home and working with Home Outlet was one of the few positive experiences we’ve had throughout the process and it was actually my favorite part! I love my kitchen…Thank you guys so much!”

We did have an issue with a cabinet that was not assembled right, but they reordered the cabinet and it was perfect! and the bad assembler no longer works there. We are in love with our new kitchen! “We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”

“Fairly close handicapped parking, automatic entrances and exits. Friendly and helpful staff of varying ages. Innumerable things to look at and beautiful gardening area with plenty of choices of plants. On the opposite end of the store is the lumber area with its own pick up area. Everything in between the 2 ends of store with one whole aisle full of cleaning and sanitizing products. Large open restroom at front of store. They even have some great t-shirts ! Appliances, carpeting, tools, lights, lawn mowers, lots of paints and colors to choose from, magazines.... have a good time!”

“Lowe's has just about everything whe. It comes to your home and/or yard. Due to its size it may be difficult to find some things but the employees are around to assist or you can use their website to find items as well. Not an every day shopping spot but if you have a home improvement project, need a new appliance or what to landscape your yard it is perfect.”
