Compare that to anyone else anyone else if you can find somebody who pays at least 90% of spot price is the best you’re ever gonna find David has sold everything you can visit him by appointment only and in the summer he’s moving to Florida and for retired people like me on a fixed income, he’s gonna be sorely missed.”
