“Friendly and accommodating. Never have to wait to get your prescription... usually ready in less then 24 hrs. from your request unless it's the weekend, and then it is ready on Monday! I wouldn't go anywhere else!♡”

“So nice to have an alternative to the larger chains. Great service and I don't get 5,000 texts reminding me to refill my prescriptions like the other places do.”

“I've been to countless infusion centers over the years, and I can confidently say that I have been impressed with Option Care Health from the start of my on boarding process. They are by far the most transparent company that I have ever worked with, which I appreciate. They also have an extremely generous payment assistance program that they handle in-house. The Cranston location itself has always been super clean. The staff are consistent, friendly, and communicate with their patients. I have always been successfully stuck with their first needle, which is not something a lot of facilities have been able to do for me. This location has a pharmacy in-house, and the pharmacists are also extremely friendly, transparent, and communicative. You have to get buzzed into the facility (locked to the general public), they provide an assortment of snacks and drinks during your procedure. I was honestly forced to go here by my insurance (United HealthCare), but I've been genuinely pleased with every person I've dealt with at Option Care Health. Thank you ladies for being awesome!”

“I had a great experience with Demetrius at CVS. He went above and beyond to help me complete an Uber Eats order for a customer. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to show me exactly where the products were so I could get the order ready quickly and accurately. His excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Demetrius has a positive attitude and truly cares about helping people. Employees like him make a big difference, and I definitely think he deserves a raise for the outstanding service he provides. CVS is lucky to have him. Thank you, Demetrius, for your amazing help!”

“The staff is 5 star, the parking lot is minus 5 stars, Walmart is Walmart, so I am giving it good, but not perfect. If you go to this Plainfield Pike Walmart for a pickup, go all the way to the far side. There's lots of signage pointing to the pickup, but the throngs of people ignoring cars and crosswalks alike make it tough to concentrate on driving.”

“Effective, efficient, always have my medications ready on time. Happy I made the switch to here. Great service, good people working here who are knowledgeable and care about the customer. Treated just like a (good) neighbor here, greeted by the staff if I'll pass them on the way into the store, or on their way to work, get a friendly hello and known on a first name basis.”

“I needed a replacement espresso coffeemaker, which I accidentally dropped and it shattered. I had a good feeling about finding a replacement. I searched and searched and couldn't find it. Then I searched again and looked behind a shelf support and I couldn't believe my eyes. I opened to check it and it was the PERFECT size! This was a very old machine they no longer make. Krupa has made it a standard small pot and I found it right here in my local Walmart. I can't believe I found an item one would normally have to order online. After searching three thrift stores I was delighted to find the exact size coffee pot! Came home and the lid fit perfectly! I am so pleased because these espresso machines are extremely expensive and I couldn't afford it. Bravo Walmart!”

“All these negative reviews. The pharmacy department employs the NICEST people who are so POLITE and help with understanding various parts of your medical plan. I have NEVER had a negative experience with the pharmacy. I love that they handle all my prescriptions, when they are due, etc. So don.t trash the entire store. From Lori to Patty to Julie, The chief pharmacist, the students. They are just wonderful people. I can.t say enough about about them so I give them an A+++ Kevin M”

“I am blown away at the service I received at this Walmart Pharmacy. I was trying to find cheaper prices for my sister’s medications. I had always used CVS for the mere convenience but with drug prices I had to try something new. The pharmacy tech, Kerri, was amazing. She made switching so easy and she got my sister the best available prices. I saved over $200 switching!! But it’s not just about the money the customer services is top notch!!!❤️very grateful”

“A cashier went above and beyond to notice an item I was purchasing (with another cashier) was a BOGO…and went to get another for me. It was sharp of her to notice, and to run and get me the item. My cashier didn’t know that the item was a BOGO. Saved me over $5.”

“This SuperWalmart is not too far from the highway so it's convenient to most people who are driving around the state. I find their vitamins and supplements (Spring Valley brand) very effective and strong as compared to the national brands that can easily cost double or more. Looking at the unit price you can tell that the savings are significant. I stocked up on a few of them and went through the self checkout registers...now instead of a paper receipt, I get a text with an electronic receipt. Easy...”

“During my visit to the Cranston CVS Pharmacy today, I was genuinely impressed. It is one of the cleanest CVS stores I have ever visited. The shelves are always well stocked, and the entire team is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful to everyone who walks through the door. I especially want to recognize Cara. She is absolutely amazing and consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Her kindness, dedication, and positive attitude truly make a difference. She is a tremendous asset to this store, and I honestly can't imagine it running as smoothly without her.”
