“I went in looking to buy a bike for my adult son. Finn and Alex were exceptional! They were filled with helpful information, patient and friendly and were not aggressive or pushy with the sale. They provided detailed information about the bikes features and were clearly knowledgeable about the products and specs. My son was able to test ride bikes and add features (seat and rack) which were installed quickly. They had a GREAT selection of bikes at multiple price points and really something for every rider. “I purchased a cheap Walmart Great value mountain bike and within the second time riding at the chain broke.
I was also broke financially speaking. I took my bike immediately to Union cycle and the technician took the bike it started working on it immediately. I was a bit nervous that his long beard might get tangled up in the gears but he was a pro.

I tried to be a little conversational and attempted to get this guy to laugh and although he claims he wasn't smiling under that long mustache / beard that practically covered his mouth I think it was the end I finally achieved my goal whether he admits it or not.

He did a fantastic job and the owners should give this guy a built-in sunroof above his head where his shop is in the store so he can get some outside wonderful fresh air / sunlight so he can enjoy the outside days more.
(He knows what I mean)
Or you can just give him a raise $$$$.
