“I have been a member for over 9 years at DHCF and I still look forward to each workout. The coaches are great, the workouts are challenging, the community is amazing.I also just recently did their nutrition program and it was an eye opening experience. I thought I knew what eating “healthy” was but I learned so much more about how to eat better and in a way that is going to be manageable forever- it’s not just a pop up diet or something that isn’t maintainable, it’s a lifestyle. I highly recommend working with the nutrition coaches so you not only improve what you put in your body, but it helps with energy and your workout performance. 5 stars all around at Diamond Hill! ??”

We love Olympia Gymnastics!! Oh and the slip n slide waterslide surprise (sometimes) is a great bonus for hard work in the gym!”
