“I wish I got the name of the man at the desk, but I was so flustered I didn’t even think to ask. Long story short, I had a very unsatisfactory experience at another Uhaul location and was scrambling to get another truck because I HAD to move that same day. I was able to rent a truck from this location and I could not have had a better experience! Not only was he personable and funny, but he helped me out with miles. Sadly, I don’t know if I’ll ever be in the area again to rent a truck from this location, but if I ever am, I WILL be renting one from him! Best experience I’ve had with uhaul thus far!”

“Rob the manager was very helpful and saved our vehicle even though we had struggles. He upgrade our large family to a Ford Edge with all of the bells and whistles. I wish it was more clear that this Hertz is not connected to the airport - we walked the skywalk (felt like miles) to Hertz at Airport only to find that this Hertz is off airport. Had to take a lift to get there and got our steps in walking back through the skywalk.”
