“I had an amazing experience with Ana’s Bridal and would recommend them to any bride in Rhode Island! Ana helped me with my bridal gown as well as two additional looks for my Nigerian wedding. She even customized my wedding gown by adding lace to the neckline and sleeves, making it truly unique and personal. She also provided the dresses for my flower girls and my little bride. While the flower girl dresses didn’t fit perfectly since they weren’t able to come in for fittings, my little bride’s dress fit beautifully.

What stood out the most was Ana herself—she treated me like her daughter, with so much kindness, patience, and love. She went above and beyond to make sure my dresses were perfect, and I felt completely cared for throughout the process. Her prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the level of personal touch and attention she gives.

I went to a nearby boutique and purchased a beautiful dress in full. After waiting 7.5 months with no dress and no reassuring information on when I’d be getting my dress, I realized it wasn’t coming. I quickly went to contact Infusion Bridal in hopes they could order me that dress as my wedding is 4 months away. Anita showed sympathy and compassion for my situation and got me my dress ordered and in my hands in only 3 days. I got reassurance about it being in stock with proof, I got tracking information and instant communication, all things the other boutique failed to do. She ordered me the perfect size and gave me information on what to expect for alterations since I had several layers and lace. If I had come sooner I could’ve ordered the dress at the length I needed it to be and would’ve saved on alterations but just getting the dress was all I could ask for. She even had the perfect veil in store too which I purchased. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something or up-charge which I felt at the previous shops. It was a genuine experience and you can see how much she enjoys being able to fulfill a bride’s special day. If it wasn’t for Anita, I would have never gotten my dress.”

“I was at witts end. I had bought 3 dresses online from different boutiques for my wedding renewal thats in 30 days. I wanted to go one more time To a bridal shop in person to do the whole trying on thing. I have been visiting this site for a few months and finally said to my husband we should go in. “I had such a great experience here. I was looking for a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding. Cindy was incredibly sweet and helpful, she listened to the thing I didn’t love about certain dresses and ended up pulling a few others for me to try that I wouldn’t have thought of trying on. She was supportive without being pushy which made the experience so pleasant. I was unsure the first day with one of the dresses so I went home to give myself some time but couldn’t stop thinking about the dress and how pleasant the experience was so a retuned a few days later and tried the dress on again and even then Cindy was still so helpful and I left there feeling incredible and knowing this dress was exactly what I needed.

For those stating they weren’t aware of the deposits being non refundable, I do feel for your situation but there are signs in the store that seemed very clear to me that certain funds would be non-refundable.
