“I was in a shell of a house. I needed to get put. No running water or heat. Found out I could sell my house and it DID NOT have to be in turn key condition. Checked out the house, listed it on a bidding site. Everything basically done in 30 days. Caught a home viewing with 150 people showing up, and 60 people leaving thier info!
