I went to a nearby boutique and purchased a beautiful dress in full. After waiting 7.5 months with no dress and no reassuring information on when I’d be getting my dress, I realized it wasn’t coming. I quickly went to contact Infusion Bridal in hopes they could order me that dress as my wedding is 4 months away. Anita showed sympathy and compassion for my situation and got me my dress ordered and in my hands in only 3 days. I got reassurance about it being in stock with proof, I got tracking information and instant communication, all things the other boutique failed to do. She ordered me the perfect size and gave me information on what to expect for alterations since I had several layers and lace. If I had come sooner I could’ve ordered the dress at the length I needed it to be and would’ve saved on alterations but just getting the dress was all I could ask for. She even had the perfect veil in store too which I purchased. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something or up-charge which I felt at the previous shops. It was a genuine experience and you can see how much she enjoys being able to fulfill a bride’s special day. If it wasn’t for Anita, I would have never gotten my dress.”

“2nd time there. Ashley helped me yesterday. I returned a rubber sole ripped Pegasus 41 in the 60 day window. Paid $20 more for another Pegasus 41. The new ones are more comfortable. I bought more items and Ashley was very helpful. She’s been there for 3 years, that says something. Store is very clean and has a nice layout. Ask if there are any sales going on as their sales are lowkey but also on the Nike website and if they have the product, you are good to go.”

“I had the most beautiful experience at this store. The manager Catherine (I hope I’m spelling her name properly) was amazing. I broke down into tears as I was in the store. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and got a port. My bras aren’t working well so I was there getting new things. She cried with me, hugged me and told me “you’re going to be fine.” She shared her experiences with other women who’ve survived and how soma supports women in this journey.
This woman went out of her way to make a rough day much better for me. I’m so grateful for her. The other staff members were just as kind too. I will absolutely be back to this store because the level of kindness and care she offered me.
This is how we should all show up for each other. And I also love my purchases. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much.”

“My husband and I have some great leather belts, but we've both lost weight and now the belts are too big. The company we bought them from won't shorten them for us, and we didn't want to spend money on new belts. A Google search for leathersmiths turned up Bellows Leather. Long story short, I am glad I called! May was happy to shorten our belts properly, and for a reasonable price. She shortened 4 belts for us for what it would've cost to buy one new one, and she did it in a way so as we continue losing weight we won't need to have them shortened again. May is fantastic! And there is so much to see in the shop, we'll have to make another trip to do some proper shopping. Thank you, May!”

“Lea was my stylist and I absolutely recommend her. I have thick course hair with some wave to it. Most stylists claim to be excellent at this type of hair but end up chopping it up in ways that take forever to grow back. She did a color and cut and I am very pleased with the results. She is also a very pleasant person to talk! The price was a little steeper than other salons, but it was worth it!”
