“Andrea is AWESOME! I have had some issues with my mail not being delivered due to broken mail box (landlord not willing to change it, no fault of USPS) and every time I visited this place Andrea went out and beyond to locate my mail at wakefield office, talking on the phone or even asking them to do a favor and redeliver the mail as I told her I do not have a car right now I had just moved to New England. This last time today she even wrote down the office phon for me in case I had trouble finding my mail. She turns visiting USPS experience from unfortunate to a pleasant one.”
“my dad and i went in here to look at computers. we were looking for a laptop. we bought a nice one. its a backup for my laptop. first computer i ever had was a del. it was a touch screen, it only lasted a year. my dad ordered it. when we needed help fixing it, my dad calls a lady in india, and she tells my dad he has to ship it to india. i just got a new computer. staples is the place to go if you need a computer.”
“I went to the print department to get a couple pictures printed out. It took a little while to do but that is OK. It was great to see the staff working so hard and good together and enjoying themselves and laughing all while accomplishing everything they were supposed to do. Great customer service, Great teamwork with each other and having fun while they work. Something you don’t see very often anymore.”

“I only mail packages there but I find the staff always helpful, friendly and efficient. It is a post office so I can't give it five stars. Maybe if they were allowed to put up some art and allow local musicians to practice in the space, good acoustics.”
“Easy to drop off my FedEx pre-labeled package. They scan it, and offer a text-receipt service so you can track and prove you sent the package. It's INSIDE of Walgreens, just go to the Photo Department counter and the staff there will help you. There are no signs FYI - just gotta trust me lol”
“Picked up a very large (95 lbs) package that I had held at the Bald Hill store. The gentleman working helped me get the package to my vehicle. Thank you for the help!”

“Nice convenient post office with a large parking lot and a lobby that is open 24 hours so I was able to get Forever Stamps at the self service kiosk, pretty quickly, while there was a long line waiting for the counter attendant. They have many mailboxes in here as well as packaging supplies.Easy to get to.”

“I picked the hottest day of the year to return a 60 pound rack that didn’t fit into the box. Giant shout out to Matt who put the pieces together all by himself. Too much for the 70-year-old to do herself. What a gentleman, and he refused to tip. This whole location is about customer service.”
