“Super friendly postmaster helped me with a change of address for my parents, both now deceased. Westerly post office was not cordial when I went there, although they did say that I needed to go to the West Kingstown post office. But shall we discuss the fact that they thought I should have known which post office I should have been at even though I told them I live in Colorado. Walked into West Kingstown post office, and felt welcome. She listened to every question, and answered them all. She was so incredibly helpful and empathetic!!!”
“I used the Notary Public services today, in and out within 2 minutes!! You can walk in (they always have a notary present during operating hours) or make an appointment online. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the store is clean and welcoming. I will definitely use this UPS store for any future shipping needs.”

“I went to the print department to get a couple pictures printed out. It took a little while to do but that is OK. It was great to see the staff working so hard and good together and enjoying themselves and laughing all while accomplishing everything they were supposed to do. “Nice convenient post office with a large parking lot and a lobby that is open 24 hours so I was able to get Forever Stamps at the self service kiosk, pretty quickly, while there was a long line waiting for the counter attendant. They have many mailboxes in here as well as packaging supplies.Easy to get to.”

“This Post Office was so awesome to deal with! Andrea was amazing! I had a crazy issue with my son having sent Christmas packages to the wrong address and Andrea called around looking for the packages and finally found them at the Wakefield branch. Wakefield was great too but Andrea was really tuned in and cared so much.”
