“This Bank of America location is the best one I have ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! We were closing on our house and our puppy ate our cashiers check down payment the night before our closing (worst night ever). The manager, Bethany, spent all day the day of our closing to make sure we were able to get another check and close on our house the same day. My wife and I are forever grateful for them. I’m not sure if we were going to another location that we would’ve been able to close on the same day. I could never thank them enough for their hard work and this experience will make me a Greenville Bank of America customer for life! Once again thank you guys so much! I will recommend this location to everyone I know and the manager Bethany and her team are beyond exceptional!”

“This is a fantastic place to do business. The people who work here are so far beyond helpful, I can't believe I am reviewing a bank! As a small business, I get their (free) check scanner and so I do not have to leave the desk to make that deposit. Savings accounts earn interest. (whoa! lol) One reason they call it FREEdom bank is free from those horrid bank charges. They just have different business model, and it is sooo consumer friendly. Check 'em out! And oh! ...dog biscuits at the drive-thru when you have to make those cash deposits!!”
