“This is where to go when you've tried elsewhere - without results. Excited for my first trip thru the carwash with my newly acquired sports car. Shocked to see water pouring into the passenger floor footwell. First, I took it another shop to get the car's water drains cleaned. They said, sorry, "drains are all clear". We don't know what the problem is." Then I took it to Art's Automotive in Jamestown. Done! He explained there are different levels of drains & the lower levels were still plugged. Problem solved. Experience counts!”

“I took my 4Runner here a few weeks back to get an oil change and they finished it in 30 minutes and my car has been running great since. I noticed my brakes were squeaking last week and I called them Wednesday and they were able to squeeze me in on Saturday morning and fixed my rear brakes for a very good price, and it only took a few hours. He didn't have the part and because of the National car strike going on, getting the part proved even more difficult. Taylor's found the part, had it shipped to RI and they were able to repair the jeep for my son. So lovely to deal with over the phone, always felt confident that we were in good hands!”
