“I was rear ended recently and took my truck to Mikes. They made the insurance process easy and took care of everything, even helped out with setting up the rental. I elected to have the damage estimate done there and they got it done with no need for any supplemental estimates. The repairs were pretty extensive but they got the job done within 2 weeks of receiving my vehicle. When I picked it up it was spotless, freshly cleaned interior and polished/waxed exterior. The truck looked better than brand new when they were done with it!

“I Called about getting some tires I had purchased “used” put onto my truck. They didn’t give me a hard time they just informed me of their policies. This was on Thursday they had an opening Friday. I drop my truck off they did the tires, mounted and balanced. Alignment, oil change etc. VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND GREAT SERVICE ???”

“We were on vacation with family when our check engine light started blinking on the way to Providence to go to church Sunday morning. We had driven up from Georgia and weren't sure what we were going to do. We called Taylor's on Monday and they cautioned us that there was a two-week backup, but they would advise us. On Tuesday we were able to pick up our car and it has not been a problem since. We were so grateful they fit us in and repaired our car so we could get home.”
