“Went to O’Reilly Auto to pick up a cup holder came out and my Jeep would not start. I went back in the store and the manager was very helpful. There was a gentleman Chris, new guy in training assisted me with checking the battery, alternator and starter. He determined it was a bad battery. Chris went above and beyond, took out the old battery and placed the new battery.”

“Getting ready to head out all the way to Philly today and had to pull into Dave's marketplace due to a dead engine battery. Keegan the assistant manager helped us out immensely. He personally drove the battery over to us since it was a long walk. He helped us get back on the road within an hour. Exceptional customer service and we ended up buying some tools that he ended up showing us while we were there. I've always loved O'Reilly's but this one will be my favorite of them all!!”

“the star of this review is an employee named Kaydance. I am admittedly a fish out of water in an auto parts store .. and and obvious one at that . I wasted on time walked right up to the register what I needed for the model of my car . she was fast, efficient and very personable. She took me right over to what I was looking for.and explained the volume needed for my vehicle. she asked me questions to help me resolve just what I'd need to get and thank god she did because I was blissfully ignorant to what I was about to do to my car in what can only be called a foolish roll the dice. she was as benevolent as she was well informed . my mind was at ease, knowing I was in good hands. she even went as far as to refer me to a reputable garage that she personally patronizes reassuring me that I'd be in good hands after I left. kaydance is a model employee, and in exemplary human. I appreciate the interaction I had with her today.”
