“Last week, I had a rental car reservation through a third-party booking company. Unfortunately, when my husband and I arrived, we found out that the third party had never actually completed the reservation. The issue was completely the fault of the third-party company and not the rental location.
Kenzie Irving, the manager at the Johnston location, went above and beyond to help us. We were under a lot of stress because we needed to be at our destination within an hour, and I was almost in tears. Kenzie remained calm, compassionate, and determined to find a solution. She and her team worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue and get us on the road as quickly as possible.
Outstanding customer service like this is rare. Kenzie turned what could have been a terrible experience into a positive one. My husband and I are extremely grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. She is an incredible manager, and the Johnston location is lucky to have her.
