At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. “Here to offset some of the negative reviews based on my experience yesterday. Went to the store, found a bunch of vinyl that was really reasonably priced. There was some stuff that was overpriced in my opinion, but the reasonably priced stuff more than made up for the overpriced stuff. When I got the albums home I found a couple that had some scuffs, and the owner said just bring them back and I could swap them out with some others that were there (there were doubles in store). This is my kind of place for buying old classic rock records. Bins full of cool stuff, some in great shape and some not so much. So go and hunt for the good stuff, it's like going to a yard sale. But the prices and service was solid overall and the owner was very understanding.”

“Very friendly and helpful ladies working the counter. Never encountered any problems. They are so nice. Sometimes there is only 1 working and the line is long but I am happy to wait because of those nice ladies. They do their jobs the best they can. How USPS staffs their location is out of their abilities. There is also self serve at this location from printing QR label to ship the package if you don’t want to wait.”
