“very organized, explained to me the process of the repair, how they were going to assess the problem, and when they found it, they called me on what was involved to fix it and about the approximate price… I would go there again in a heartbeat”
“I had a great experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes. Manny and Peter were absolutely amazing throughout a really stressful situation with my car.
I was dealing with multiple issues, and they both went above and beyond to try and help me figure everything out. They were patient, honest, and genuinely supportive every step of the way.
What really stood out to me was that they even helped bring my car to the dealership when I ultimately decided to trade it in. That level of care and willingness to help is rare, and it meant so much during such a frustrating time.
I truly appreciate everything Manny and Peter did for me. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate service!”

“I took my Cadillac XT4 there yesterday after an engine misfire and Ryan was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything that was wrong with my car, he kept me updated on the plan and parts that were needed and gave me so great advice about cars moving forward. I will definitely be using this place again and if anyone needs work done ask for Ryan he’s great!”
“The team at BJ’s Tire Center in Johnston is outstanding. Ken has always gone above and beyond, and I know I’m in good hands every time I stop in. Kiyan and the rest of the crew are just as helpful—friendly, attentive, and quick to make the process easy.
It’s rare to find service this consistent, but they deliver every time. Their managers should know what a great team they have here—Ken, Kiyon, and Matt and the whole crew truly represent BJ’s at its best.”
