So much better when you have a bank when you walk in the door and you're a first name basis with everyone and if you even have hard times they understand the not goning to keep penalizing you. “I have been very pleased with this bank. It has four arms. Two in the drive thru, one in the entry way and the other inside the branch. The atms also spit out various denominations besides just 20's. I have easily made withdrawals and deposits at the teller, with them all being easily accommodating. When I got married and changed my name they made that process seem less and easy. Each individual that I have encountered at this location has been pleasant even on the busiest of days!”
“This is an awesome bank to deal with. I have had my checking account and mortgage with them for 20 years. Signing up for services, getting questions answered, making deposits, solving problems are all easy, pleasant experiences. I've always been served promptly and I've never been treated like I was an interference in their day. I highly recommend them.”
“Best bank I've ever had. Closed my acct with another big bank and they bought my old debit card for $25 or $50 at the time (though that deal may no longer be available.) If you care, they have coffee and the newspaper there too every day which is nice if youre passing thru to do your banking for the day. And the tellers here are absolutely fantastically kind and easy to work with unlike any bank I've been to before. I refer all my friends and family here.”
“The customer service at this bank is first class. I've done business here for 35 years with no complaints. During that time I've used a WST home equity loan to float some projects. I'm impressed by the fact that the banking crisis of 2008 had little effect on WST operations, certainly an indication of sound practice and good management. Bank officers occasionally spend time at a window, and tellers are well qualified to start more involved banking processes before proceeding to an office, so I have rarely had to wait to get my business started, and done.”

“I have read all the reviews on this branch and I can say that my last experience was with the drive thru, so it was seamless....I pulled in, punched in my code and got my cash within a minute...Drove off.But I know people that have been to this branch and found the customer service to be poor and not very well trained. “I like the people who work there, but I had a small personal loan which auto draws out of my account, well I had enough money and they didn’t draw the last payment and sent a letter saying my payment was overdue, well nobody told me it wouldn’t auto draw my final payment I had to call them to find this out, that makes no sense why auto draw 11 out of 12 payments but make me manually pay the final one ?”

As soon as you walk in to this beautifully maintained and clean bank, you are always greeted with a HUGE smile by one of the employees. Its great, they even remembered my fiancé and I. “RICU is the best financial institution in our State. (Note: FDIC banks are great for CDs and money markets.) We older folks remember that the Credit Union opened several days after the 1991 banking crisis; while other credit unions went belly up, and screwed depositors out of lots of money!In terms of rates, policies and customer service, they are simply the best for credit cards, loans, checking and everyday banking.As to Kingston Branch, Nancy the manager, Lisa the assistant manager and all of the staff are competent, hardworking and nice people. With all due respect, people who leave a one-star review without any narrative or context should be read with a large grain of salt!”
