“I've called the pharmacy twice now, and each time the techs have been incredible! They are incredibly patient and always willing to help. It sounds like many of the negative reviews are due to the pharmacy being understaffed rather than inadequate, so I hope they are able to hire more workers soon (for both the customers and the staff's sake).”
“This nice CVS is about 2 years old, I remember seeing it being built and it come up pretty quickly. The inside of the store is similar to most CVS where you can find anything by looking up for the categorize signs on the top of the aisles. I went to get some cough medicine and I found many options, which are a better deal when you use your 40% off coupon, which arrives to my email every week.....”

I gave her my Information and she got my prescription, she then said there was a prescription ready for my wife also, I hadn't realized that my wife was waiting for a back order prescription. The store is huge with an equally huge selection of products and it's clean! I feel like I am in a candy store for grown ups when I am here! “This store does not deserve 5 stars, I'm just putting as a 5 star so more people can see this. Me and my friends went to Cvs as we normally do, and all we did was try on some sunglasses which we were going to buy, and this lady (her name may have been Cassie I don't remember) started to yell at us saying that people need to buy these and we have to stop goofing off. All we did was stand and try on glasses and we were talking a little bit about how they looked on us. She then said she's done with us going into her shop and never buying anything, which I understand, except for the fact that every time we go in there we always buy at least one thing. She also said that if we ever went to the store and "goofed off" again, her and her employees would kick us out. My friend was holding sun glasses and the lady grabbed them from her hand and asked her if she was going to buy them, she was but she was just really freaked out so she said no and the lady said "that's what I thought." She then escorted us to the check out and we were forced to leave. I always love going to this cvs except that they don't hire good people.”

“I love coming to this location as the people who work there are awesome. They always have everything I need in stock. Usually have a good sale and I have 1,000 coupons to use. I ordered a canvas picture for a gift and it came out AMAZING! I was super surprised by the quality and the canvas received a lot of positive compliments! The pharmacy is quick and easy for the drive thru. The only thing I dread about this location is the parking lot. It is always jamming.”

“It isn't often that pharmacies and convenience stores such as Walgreens and CVS get high reviews. I came to this Walgreens from Providence to get my COVID-19 vaccination. Both times, the workers at the pharmacy were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I witnessed multiple instances where they calmly dealt with customers' questions or frustrations regarding prescriptions. The actual shot did not hurt at all and didn't take long to prepare. I was in and out of there within around 25 minutes (15 minutes being after I got the vaccination). If you live nearby, I would highly recommend this Walgreens. The regular store as well as the pharmacy are small but top tier when it comes to customer service.”
“I’m shocked by the number of negative reviews regarding the pharmacy. Just for some insight I was diagnosed with add in the second grade and had an IEP. Was put on Aderall. In my opinion no one under the age of 16 should be put on anything like that. I did well in school but had headaches, wasn’t eating and made me more hyper. My mom stopped it 2 months later and I hadn’t been on anything for add until 18 in college. Was on Ritalin. And that’s when the panic attacks started was also struggling with anxiety and social anxiety. Was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and the brain fog lasted 1.5 years after treatments stopped. Delayed thought processing my memory was non existent plus I’ve was in denial about still having add. My doctor spoke with oncologist and they recommended trying methylphenidate which is Ritalin. And it worked! I didn’t have to go back and reread a 6 number passcode for 2 factor authorization 6 times anymore. But I learned there’s a stigma that comes with this medication. It’s classed as a narcotic and it doesn’t matter if they are pharmacists or techs they have opinions too. And I’ve been thru a dozen pharmacies because calling and seeing if they were ready for pick up would get me vague answers and an attitude. I started feeling like I was doing something wrong by going and getting a medication that helped me!!! I don’t use any CVS anymore. When I moved to Exeter I came to this location and I haven’t ever had an issue with sarcasm, short responses, rudeness and I haven’t felt judged. I told the pharmacist about past experiences and thanked him and there team for being so professional. I have never not had anyone answer the phone here maybe try checking the hours and if you’re on hold…well that’s life! Everyone wants everything instantly these days without waiting. Download the Walgreens app and you can do anything on there with prescriptions that you can do over the phone or at the store except questions for pharmacist. I used to over think a lot and take things personally to much. People are people and we all have lives and moods. All I can control is how I am to others and I treat everyone how I’d want to be treated and I’m happy with that. If someone looks down or off when I see them I try to make them smile or just ask what’s wrong in a caring manor. I’m 37, I’ve been thru a lot, I mean we all have. We can only control ourselves. All these comments should be looked back over by the authors and think before they complain because they didn’t get there way or because they weren’t told what they wanted to hear. I won’t ever understand how this pharmacy has this many negative reviews when I’ve had 98% positive encounters with everyone.”

“Nice CVS near the URI campus. Located near a bunch of other businesses it's small but well stocked.I went to get some protein supplement and they had a good selection of them. It's really well organized and I liked the staff, they all seemed happy to be working there.Good parking lot as well.”
