“I want to extend a sincere thank you to Dennis and his entire professional team at A-1 Custom for an absolutely outstanding experience repairing my 2020 C8 Corvette. From start to finish, the process was handled with the highest level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Tara and Kristen were fantastic and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. They coordinated everything effortlessly with my insurance company and kept things moving without a hitch, which was truly appreciated. Andreas was my primary point of contact throughout the repair process, and he was exceptional. His communication was clear, consistent, and timely, and his attention to detail was truly next level. I always knew exactly where things stood and felt confident the car was in the best hands possible. Virgilio is a true professional and clearly a master of his craft. The quality of workmanship is absolutely outstanding. The repairs were flawless, and the fit, finish, and overall presentation exceeded my expectations in every way. When I picked up the car, I was blown away. My C8 looks better than the day it rolled off the showroom floor. A-1 Custom sets the bar extremely high, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dennis and his team to anyone looking for top-tier workmanship and customer service.”
“Christy's provides great service and a great car to use while my car is being repaired. Delivered right to the auto body shop, a quick and easy transaction.”
“10/10 I wouldn’t bring my car to anyone else .. and I suggest you don’t either. Liz at the front desk was kind and lovely to deal with ! She remembers small details and made dealing with the insurance company effortless… They took care of it all! The owner and mechanics were amazing too. The work was fast and pristine you’d never know it was in an accident. They also detail your car before giving it back which is a total bonus !! Thank you 328 Collision Center !!”
“The rental was great. I liked that I got to switch vehicles during my time with the rentals. I just didn't love the price. That's it. Everything else was great. good experience.”
“this 5 star review goes out to Fahid for making us feel valued.. we recently rented an SUV for 2 days and when getting into and inspecting the potential rental vehicle, we noticed a very strong tobacco odor.. it was unbearable for us as non smokers and although he explained that the car had been in a repair shop for several weeks, he could tell we were just not happy with the strong odor and offered us another car.. we truly appreciated his consideration of our needs.. Fahid, thank you for great customer service, you quickly updated and modified our rental agreement with no hassle and we appreciate you so much for that.. we will definitely be back!!”
“I've been coming to the Pawtucket RI branch for a long time..this place has the best staff..very polite, genuine and very professional. Love these hard working individuals keep up the great work...I'm definitely keep coming back.. And again...”
“5 Stars – Absolutely Fantastic! Once again, my friend Tamra & I had an amazing experience with Christie’s Car and Truck Rental. The service was top-notch from start to finish—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the level of service and quality of the vehicle I received. Everything was clean, reliable, and ready on time. It’s rare to find a rental company that nails both affordability and customer care, but Christie’s really delivered. Highly recommended!!!! ?? ? ? ?”
“I rented a minivan from the North Providence Enterprise location and I was totally satisfied pick up was very smooth the drop off was very smooth and they were professional and courteous. I will use that location again.”
“Enterprise car rental gets 5 stars. The two gentlemen, I dealt with a very patient and very thorough and explaining the rental procedure and the return procedure. And the car I had was beautiful And clean is a whistle.”
“Last week, I had a rental car reservation through a third-party booking company. Unfortunately, when my husband and I arrived, we found out that the third party had never actually completed the reservation. The issue was completely the fault of the third-party company and not the rental location. Kenzie Irving, the manager at the Johnston location, went above and beyond to help us. We were under a lot of stress because we needed to be at our destination within an hour, and I was almost in tears. Kenzie remained calm, compassionate, and determined to find a solution. She and her team worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue and get us on the road as quickly as possible. Outstanding customer service like this is rare. Kenzie turned what could have been a terrible experience into a positive one. My husband and I are extremely grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. She is an incredible manager, and the Johnston location is lucky to have her. Thank you so much, Kenzie you are truly the best!”
“We have always used Enterprise when renting car. This location did the type of service that we have come to expect. I reserved online. A few days before the pick-up day, I called and spoke to Chris and mentioned that I need a 7 seater vehicle. When we came to pick up the vehicle, it was an 8 seater minivan!!! Thank you Enterprise! So glad that there is one location in N. Attleboro. Right across Cumberland Farms Gasoline Station.”
“Great service. Reliable cars, reasonably prices. Jenn is very professional & I would recommend this buisness to anyone who is looking for a great car whether its a personal car or a rental”

“Great Customer Service with staff. Bill and Freddy are Amzazing , Caring and has Empathy towards hard times. They both are a good asset to your company. You have an Amazing team here at the Pawtucket Location.”
“I thankfully made my reservation for a Tahoe/Denali months before my family and I actually got in. Like typical Mexicans there were going to be 6 plus me. My wife also uses a wheelchair. So needless to say we needed a big vehicle to accommodate the gang plus the wheelchair. When I got there there bright and early, their shop was poppin off. They turned away I don't know how many people. They said even the airport didn't have any cars available. Ms. Cathy is a sweet heart and it was refreshing to do business with her. She made me feel like I was back in texas with what I would call Southern Hospitality, just switch the southern accent with a Rhode Island one 😂. She was one of the best parts of my trip to Providence and I hope I can do business with her again. Just in case anyone didn't fully get it. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend doing business with Cathy and her team. TLDR: I highly recommend doing business at this location with Cathy and her team. They are worth it and I can't say enough good things about them!”
“I rented from them for about a month or so. Very nice people, absolutely, no hassle trying to obtain a vehicle. However, i'm unsure why people are claiming that they put false insurance claims in, when you're smart, you'll take pictures to cover your own tracks. But I would definitely recommend them! Thank you Richmond”
“Manuela was great! she did all the paperwork for me, helped me pick out the right vehicle for me, and made my whole experience there easy and awesome. I would recommend any who wants to buy a car, go to Sam's Auto sales.”
“When I called I spoke to Ryan, he was very personable and polite. Super flexible and easy to work with. The Vehicle I was rented was clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this Rental Service!”
“There was no mention that the Kia soul I reserved was unavailable until after I signed the paperwork. I would not have rented here if I had known. Make sure you check with them to make sure the car you reserved is the car you’re getting before you sign ANYTHING.”
“I do alot of traveling for work as a saleman and they always take care of me, this is the best Avis budget location that I have been too. Cathy and her staff are extremely helpful and professional.”
“Rental a nice VW SUB from the Providence, RI Avis counter located downtown. The Avis people were really nice and professional. The car was super clean. Upon my return of the car, the counter attendant even drove me back to the Amtrak station. I would highly recommend renting from this Avis location.”
“Kathy and Brittany completely saved my experience with hertz. Literally pulled a car out of no where and honored my price. Unbelievably kind, honest and hardworking people. If I didn’t meet them my review would be negative ten stars. But those two deserve every bit of praise. If I was a district manager or the person in charge of things I would buy them lunch, and not just a pizza, I’m talking like an expensive lunch, because I will be recommending this branch to everyone I know solely based on these two. They are rockstars!!!”
“Great place to rent a car, originally rented a car for a week and then had two extend it another three weeks due to mechanical problems with my own car. Great customer service from this place, shocked about all the one star reviews and how entitled people are. Will definitely rent from here again in the future.”
