“Zipcar is wonderful . My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . Zipcar is great car sharing app . Only issue I have is that my payment method still wont update please please please fix it zipcar gladly appreciate it”

“I rented from them for about a month or so. Very nice people, absolutely, no hassle trying to obtain a vehicle. However, i'm unsure why people are claiming that they put false insurance claims in, when you're smart, you'll take pictures to cover your own tracks. But I would definitely recommend them! She made the paperwork very easy and understandable, and thoroughly reviewed the car with me (Kathy made note of prior damage). Midway through the 20 day rental, I exceeded my debit card's daily maximum. I returned the same day to make it right. A super experience from start to finish.”
“There was no mention that the Kia soul I reserved was unavailable until after I signed the paperwork. I would not have rented here if I had known. Make sure you check with them to make sure the car you reserved is the car you’re getting before you sign ANYTHING.”
