“this 5 star review goes out to Fahid for making us feel valued.. we recently rented an SUV for 2 days and when getting into and inspecting the potential rental vehicle, we noticed a very strong tobacco odor.. it was unbearable for us as non smokers and although he explained that the car had been in a repair shop for several weeks, he could tell we were just not happy with the strong odor and offered us another car.. we truly appreciated his consideration of our needs.. “Last week, I had a rental car reservation through a third-party booking company. Unfortunately, when my husband and I arrived, we found out that the third party had never actually completed the reservation. The issue was completely the fault of the third-party company and not the rental location.
Kenzie Irving, the manager at the Johnston location, went above and beyond to help us. We were under a lot of stress because we needed to be at our destination within an hour, and I was almost in tears. Kenzie remained calm, compassionate, and determined to find a solution. She and her team worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue and get us on the road as quickly as possible.
Outstanding customer service like this is rare. Kenzie turned what could have been a terrible experience into a positive one. My husband and I are extremely grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. She is an incredible manager, and the Johnston location is lucky to have her.

“We have always used Enterprise when renting car. This location did the type of service that we have come to expect. I reserved online. A few days before the pick-up day, I called and spoke to Chris and mentioned that I need a 7 seater vehicle. When we came to pick up the vehicle, it was an 8 seater minivan!!!

My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . Zipcar is great car sharing app . Only issue I have is that my payment method still wont update please please please fix it zipcar gladly appreciate it”

“I thankfully made my reservation for a Tahoe/Denali months before my family and I actually got in. Like typical Mexicans there were going to be 6 plus me. My wife also uses a wheelchair.
So needless to say we needed a big vehicle to accommodate the gang plus the wheelchair.
When I got there there bright and early, their shop was poppin off. They turned away I don't know how many people. They said even the airport didn't have any cars available.
Ms. Cathy is a sweet heart and it was refreshing to do business with her. She made me feel like I was back in texas with what I would call Southern Hospitality, just switch the southern accent with a Rhode Island one 😂.
She was one of the best parts of my trip to Providence and I hope I can do business with her again.
Just in case anyone didn't fully get it. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend doing business with Cathy and her team.
TLDR: I highly recommend doing business at this location with Cathy and her team. They are worth it and I can't say enough good things about them!”
“I rented from them for about a month or so. Very nice people, absolutely, no hassle trying to obtain a vehicle. However, i'm unsure why people are claiming that they put false insurance claims in, when you're smart, you'll take pictures to cover your own tracks. But I would definitely recommend them! “Rental a nice VW SUB from the Providence, RI Avis counter located downtown. The Avis people were really nice and professional. The car was super clean. Upon my return of the car, the counter attendant even drove me back to the Amtrak station.
