Greeted cordially and welcomed. I returned the equipment quickly. They even held the door open for me on the way out. Many people rate the cable industry poorly on customer service. I did not see any evidence of that on my visit.

Nick has been excellent to deal with! Any little hiccup to arise, he immediately takes care of! He’s responsive and super helpful! This is my first experience with a cable company and so far so good thanks to him!
