“Arrived with a ring that needed resizing and a new setting. The people who helped me took all in stride very pleasantly. I appreciate service like this. They have a sense of humor and decorum, representing the company in the best of lights. This put me at ease. I do understand how much it takes to engage with people at their ‘level’.
It costs money no matter where I go. The difference is with the front staff.

I was apprehensive to try a new jeweler after my previous jeweler made several errors with my engagement ring. I took the ring to Arias and Sergio was nothing but kind in walking me through my options. He pointed out the errors made by the other jeweler and what he could do to fix them. The whole time he was explanatory but not dismissive. He truly wanted to make sure the ring was fixed how I wanted it but also in a way that was durable. Through the re-design process, he communicated frequently and shared 3D models to make sure I was comfortable with it before anything was actually done. He was also upfront about cost and timing throughout the design process. I highly recommend Arias and plan to return for any future jewelry needs!”

“I was in and out very quick! I walked in looking to get my firsts and was brought in immediately. My piercer was amazing and thoroughly explained what she was doing before actually doing the piercing. The pricing was also pretty great in comparison for what I was seeing through other places. Only $50 with standard earrings included in the cost. The atmosphere was very clean too, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back to get my seconds! Their provided saline spray to clean my ears wasn’t incredibly expensive too, and even came in a little goodie bag that made me feel very happy :)”

“The jeweler is a family owned business dedicated to giving the best selection of jewelry and professional repairs. They can design gorgeous pieces of jewelry and make anything the client would like to have done. For example, I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. The setting was fragile. MyThe suggestion was to put it into my wedding band for more stability because I never take my wedding bands off. My husband bought me a 25 year anniversary band at the jeweler which did not fit well with my wedding band. The outcome was to wear my 25 year band on my pinkie finger. I was so thrilled at the suggestion. They can make anything at reasonable prices and have a fine selection of jewelry as well. So grateful to have John and his family to provide such expertise, skill and caring in making and selling their jewelry.”
