“We've had quite a few bad mover experiences but saw a tv ad for Gentry Moving and decided to give them a shot. Right from my first contact with Pam the sales manager, I knew we made the right choice. She was cheerful and answered all our questions and concerns. Communication whether by email or phone was great. Then the movers showed up. Friendly, courteous and respectful of our furniture and personal items. Handled everything with care, wrapped everything with moving blankets and never stopped loading. It was not an easy move; a basement apartment with a turn in the staircase and a low ceiling height. To my surprise, not one nick or damage on anything. They took apart some of the furniture and reassebled it at the new place. They tested the recliners to make sure they worked before leaving. Super happy with our choice and decision to use Gentry and would recommend them to friends and family.”
