“The staff person Anne at the Narragansett location was amazing. She was warm, patient, and made sure I was completely comfortable during a stressful move. She truly went above and beyond showing me around the property and explaining my unit.

My only negative experience came from a staff member from the Wakefield location who came to this site and made an uncalled for comment during move in. If I hadn’t been on a tight turnaround and heading back out of state, I honestly would have looked for another storage company. HORRIBLE

Thankfully, Anne at this location turned everything around. She helped me get settled quickly so I could drop my things off and travel back safely. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access and the staff person on duty that day is the reason I stayed.”
