I have had some issues with my mail not being delivered due to broken mail box (landlord not willing to change it, no fault of USPS) and every time I visited this place Andrea went out and beyond to locate my mail at wakefield office, talking on the phone or even asking them to do a favor and redeliver the mail as I told her I do not have a car right now I had just moved to New England. This last time today she even wrote down the office phon for me in case I had trouble finding my mail. She turns visiting USPS experience from unfortunate to a pleasant one.”
