About America's Cup Inn
America's Cup Inn is an adorable, cute, and lovely historic inn right in the heart of Newport, with a perfect and ideal location that can't be beat. It is on a cobblestone street full of shops and is quaint and charming. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and amazing. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, nice, spacious, and comfortable with cozy beds. The bathrooms are modern. As an older building, some noise from the street is expected and there can be squeaky floors and noise from rooms above; however, heavy curtains and hallway doors help keep noise down. There is no lift, requiring guests to carry bags up stairs. The inn offers surprising nice touches, including afternoon tea and coffee with a cute spread of cookies, fruits, and snacks. Breakfast is a wonderful, delicious, and amazing spread with so much variety, including fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, bacon, and gluten-free options. Parking is available across the street for a fee. Guests highly recommend it and state they will definitely return.
Adorable Inn with surprising nice touches! Evening snacks with tea and coffee and a nice breakfast selection to start the day. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is a older historic building so noise from the street is expected. Overall, the location can't be beat! We will return.

Prime Location for the happening area. We had the basement apt for (4) was excellent. Had tea time and breakfast.
