“There’s a great selection of Lilly clothing, and I love that signature stores have sale racks!
It’s a shame to see so many negative reviews about the return policy and the sales associates. The policy is clearly posted at the register and around the store. And while the girl at the register was not wearing Lilly, she was kind and helpful.
I was happy to shop here and snagged a couple of new dresses!”
“I visited Whitworth while in Newport over Thanksgiving, and even though I don’t live here, I have to say it’s my new favorite boutique! It’s a beautifully curated store and I fell in love with almost everything I tried on. The owner was so kind, and I felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time I was there, even as I was being indecisive trying on different things. I live in Philadelphia and we don’t have a boutique that compares. I’ll now go out of my way to support Whitworth in person when I visit and online!”

“Nothing but good things to say.I stopped by the shop while visiting Newport and picked up 3 great looking shirts. When I got home I noticed the shirts were a little small and needed to size up. I reached out and got a response almost instantly telling me to send them back for an exchange free of charge despite not having my receipt. Jeff Marlowe was super helpful and responsive, would recommend anyone to check out what they have to offer!”

“Wow! This store is a must stop for anyone in Newport. My family not only got some great gear to use sailing and day to day, but our experience was memoriable Virginia, was amazing, she was well versed in all of the products, was very helpful with my wife as she was selecting vests and other gear. She also guided us on other local attractions to check out with our kids.

“One thing I like about Newport is that they really have unique merchandise in many of the shops. In an age where "good shopping" is sort of moot if you live in New York or, duh, have the internet, this is one place where you actually can find some unusual items. Royal Male has a lot of Barbour and St. James clothes, but also high quality clothing from smaller manufacturers. The best reason to shop there, though, is that the two guys who are usually in the Mary St. location actually know clothing . Yes, they want to sell you pieces, but they know their inventory, they know how clothes are supposed to fit, they have some idea if a color compliments your complexion, and they won't let you leave unless something looks good on you. That's a vanishing skill, and it's priceless. Stop in. My wife (yes, they have women's clothes) and I always do, every time we visit Newport.”

Walked in not really knowing what I needed but was helped by Jordan and she knew all the best styles and what fit specifically for me and Jordan was amazing and deserves recognition. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in finding the best items for her customers.I never bother to write reviews but if you’re near a Rochelle’s and Jordan is working, I highly suggest popping in, because she will make you look and feel like a million bucks.”
