Ivy Lodge Bed and Breakfast is a fantastic and exceptional property, described as perfect, outstanding, and a true gem. The location is excellent, ideal, and unbeatable. It is in the heart of the Gilded Age mansions, within walking distance of downtown Newport, Thames Street, and attractions like The Breakers and The Elms, which is just around the corner. The property is stunningly maintained with immaculate grounds, extremely clean, and charming.
The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. They feature excellent beds, supportive pillows, cozy and charming decor, elegant décor, and excellent amenities like controllable mini-splits. Specific rooms, such as the Turret Room, are noted for being large and cozy with a gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub.
The service is fantastic with very friendly, attentive, kind, and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond. They are extremely hospitable and provide great care. The breakfast is wonderful, delicious, and always a delight, featuring homecooked meals like blueberry pancakes and Belgian waffles. Snacks and treats available 24 hours are also highlighted, including wonderful cookies and chocolate truffles. Guests consistently express a desire to return, stating they will definitely be back.

This was the 3rd time staying at The Ivy and once again a great stay! The location is perfect for touring while enjoying the wonderful tranquil gardens of the lodge after a long day exploring Newport - not to mention coffee on the deck in the mornings - Charming decor, attentive hosts -
