The rooms are small but very clean!!! Great location we walked everywhere. Being able to have coffee and a small breakfast before heading out was great!!! We would stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights- we loved our room in the Urban Beach House, especially the sitting area (perfect for us!). Spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely both mornings. We found that it was an easy walk to the wharf area/Thames Street, the Cliff Walk and beach.
