“Bought 2 items from L & L - love them both!
I also communicated with customer service regarding questions/delivery on some of their products, and the response -from an actual person (the owner I believe!) - was fast and personal. When USPS was late with delivery, L & L offered to replace the item at no cost if it wasn't delivered.
They were also willing to customize (change clasps and make a bracelet into an anklet) with no upcharge.
You cannot go wrong buying from L & L!”

Betsy and her staff are very pleasant and the varied and special selection of jewelry was a sight to behold. Old fashioned customer service is alive and well. It wasn't until almost a month later that I reached out to Betsy about a piece we had been discussing and she made the long distance purchase easy.
