“We cannot say enough great things about this store. My boyfriend bought his first bird there when he was a child and brought me after we bought our own birds. The selection alone would draw any bird parent, as there's nothing of the size in this area. The owners are a dedicated family that have years of experience in bird care, and are always happy to discuss our pets care. Today we ordered items to be shipped to us this time instead of visiting the store. We were shocked when the owners dropped our order to our home themselves a few hours after, since they already were in the area, and as we are having car troubles we could not have appreciated it more! Not many businesses these days go above & beyond consistently and have such a great mission! We truly love supporting & shopping there. They are always respectful, friendly, and attentive to all customers. In addition they board birds, offer grooming sessions, and work with an Avian vet. If you have a bird and you love them, we recommend shopping here! There is also a wide variety of products for care of other pets in your family too, so give them a try!”

“Have an 11 yr aussie doddle who has begun having cognitive issues and groomer AnaLise said this is the 2nd time and maybe would not be able to do him after a 3rd visit if it continued. Upon our next visit she had done some research reg older pets and stated she not bring table up to groom him as he became afraid after table went up. She groomed him either kneeling, sitting on a low chair or sitting on the floor while we watched and spoke with our pet and she too spoke with him as well He has since had 3 grooming appts with her all done in this manner with us watching and keeping him calm Shes the absolute best groomer ever High marks to AnaLise 5 stars to her and our guy likes her and he is comfortable with her grooming him It helps that we stay and talk to him so he sees us She also does my other little guy on the same day but hes only 3 yrs old and does not have any cognitive issues at the moment AnaLise is highly rated by us for the extra steps she takes with our old man Ty”
“What a great venue for our mother’s celebration of life this past Saturday. The spacious showroom with tables, couches and bar area to sit and high tops for social gathering made for a great place to mingle, share stories and eat & drink in a comforting environment surrounded by beautiful fishes. Kurt and his team made a tough day into something special that my mom would have loved to be a part of. We will be looking for more ways to use this space in the future for sure.”

“I've been taking my German Shephard Kobe (3 years old) for the past year or so, and they always handle him with care. Kobe is not the best with strangers, and the fact that he goes to Dtails willingly and without ever any issues says alot about the Dtails Team! They are amazing at what they do!! Bathing him, cutting his nails, brushing his teeth, cleaning his ears, they do it all & I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Dtails :)”

“During my hunt for a reptilian companion, I visited countless shops. What I learned during this time is that reptile shop owners are not friendly unless they're making a sale. However, the gentleman who owns Sabrina's wasn't pushy or rude. He was a professional, knowledgeable, and personable guy. “Can not believe the amazing service provided to us at this location by both employees working this morning. I have a reactive dog but very much wanted to use the self washing stations. They made this experience so easy and so amazing for both me and my dogs. Honestly anytime I’ve ever been here they have been so good but today blew me away. I’m so grateful for people like them. All the while they had an adoption event going on. I can not say thank you enough! Best pet supplies store ever!”
“I had come into Rumford looking for a particular type of litter I was asked to get by my vet so they could do some tests on my cat. After speaking with the employee at the register and going through the aisle together, it seemed they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. However, they were very knowledgeable and offered me a couple alternatives they used with their on pet that I could try instead to basically get the results I was looking for. I am delighted to say it worked perfectly and I am very thankful for the employee's help! I really wish I had decided to take the receipt so I could name the person who helped me out in this review but instead, I'll just say: thank you to the sweet young person with glasses working Monday evening that helped me over by the litter!I will definitely be coming back for the amazing selection, great prices, and wonderfully sweet staff.”
“I went to this store for a nail trip. I drove 30 minutes to this store, I have a very anxious rescue dog. I arrived 40 minutes early so I would be the first one. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite employee. His name was Ethan, he is a great representative for the store. He came outside to give the 30 dogs waiting water, then hand fed each dog a treats 15 minutes later the manager came out to apologize that the groomer was late. He came out again with a bag of treats and a free dog wash for everyone I have to say Rumford pet is lucky to have such compassionate employees.”
“This place is so welcoming and has quite the selection! My dog Baxter loves their pupcakes and the duck chew sticks. Ordered a cake for his birthday and they had many examples of cakes they've done previously to browse through. They really do put your pup first with great prices!”
“Went into Seekonk store looking for carhartt bibs they didn't have the size I was looking for I asked them if they could order me a pair in my size and that's when the manager on duty Joeana came over to me and the wonderful associate that was helping me and said let's check other stores first woonsocket had the one I was looking for but I didn't want to go there then joeana said I live out that way I'll be glad to go pick them up and bring them here for you she went above and beyond to help me so therefore I would highly recommend this store to anyone they all went out of there way to help us great job wish I could give you 10 stars”
“These are our favorite collars! The buckle is very strong and the collar is well-made. All of the designs are so cute and we love to switch out our dog's collar based on upcoming holidays or seasons. Can't say enough good stuff about Up Country!”
“Glad they moved to a new location still in Warwick. Also super excited for the self wash stations. No longer have to drive to Kingston or East Providence from Warwick for their wash stations. I know a native ri complaint. Intrigued by the open air stalls though. Definitely will try the wash station one day. They still carry all of varieties of treats and frozen dog foods.”

“BFF Resort is the best! My dog was a regular daycare attendee for 3 years and, even though we’ve moved a bit further away, we still come at least once a month! The staff are all super friendly, you get regular video updates, and it’s seamless and easy to communicate about booking or needs with the texting system they have in place. My dog is always thrilled to go hang out with his buddies when we drive up to the drop off door. I ? BFF!”

“I've had dogs my whole life, after the last passed, and with my schedule, I decided to adopt a cat. I went into to petco to just look around and pick up a few things. I did not expect the great conversation and all of the wonderful advice and tips I got from Danielle. She answered all my (stupid) questions and even during a pretty busy time when she had to step away she made sure to come back over and check on me often. Awesome customer service, will be returning.”

“Today I had my mini aussie, Cali, groomed for the first time in over a year. I booked the biggest package for my girl: nails, bath, haircut, oral care, and the de-shedding. I was scheduled with Emily, and i really felt the need to scream to the world how INCREDIBLE she is. I always struggle with my pups coat because she has SO.MUCH.HAIR. But i finally decided to give up doing it myself and try doing this professionally again, and I'm so glad i did. Emily was incredibly professional, kind, and caring towards my wishes and my pup’s best interests. I am so grateful to her and just wanted the world to know. Thank you, Emily! (Btw i literally never leave reviews, but this was an absolute must!)”

“Fast unload, overnight parking on the street, took me longer find the check in door than it did to get empty. If you park overnight wake up and be ready at 3am. I was told the security guard comes out and checks you in. Otherwise you need to walk to the door, which has no signs and is on the opposite side of the building, past the dumpster.”

“The owner, Johnny, was nice and knowledgeable. I wished for a bigger selection of fresh water fish, but he gets new fish, (fresh and salt) every Wednesday. He will order fish. His prices are the fairest in RI.”
