“I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”

Well, when I arrived there, I stood in a line of only 2 people, and noticed the clerk was very friendly and outgoing. When it was finally my turn, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I introduced myself, and she stated her name is: Katt Lead Clerk. She did a great job and great customer service skills. Stop putting negative comments on places it ruins people's expectations.
