“As usual, NP Tire and Auto doesn't disappoint. Had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed. They fit me in on a very busy day and then because I bought my tires there last year, didn't charge me for the repair. I fully expected to pay. Always extremely professional and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about their customers, just by how they talk to people while you wait. I'd give 10 stars if I could! “I had called several other spots for tires and NP gave me the best quote, on a brand I actually recognized (which is comforting as someone with little auto knowledge, brand recognition does sell). I got two new tires installed - the day after I called, and within 3 hours. I'm a terrible adult and putting air in my tires all weekend to hold off and find a good rate wasnt the best decision, but now I know where to start next time.”
