“My extended family and I just love Valley View. Frank is a diamond! For years, he kept our clunkers running (6 vehicles lasted longer than they should have thanks to Frank). Frank is always honest and quick with good advice. (One recent example: Frank literally saved my transmission - by strongly advising against a "flush and fill" procedure - that would have "totally ruined your transmission" according to the specialist who carefully serviced it. Frank saved me major $$$) Valley View also kindly hosted a memorial to a childhood friend from Saint Augustine's School. These are good people! Quick Tips: 1. Be very patient! There is always a long line for honest experienced professionals. 2. Laugh at any minor negative reviews. (i.e. almost non-existent!) Actually, any irresponsible grumblers are very good news! (i.e. There is one less person ahead of you in line. Lol ) Thank you Valley View!”

“They are the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. I've been taking my car here for over 2 years now for various reasons, such as, oil changes, engine valve cover replacement, new brakes, exhaust system repair because my muffler was hanging off and the exhaust pipe under the car cracked in half and sound like a jet engine, new ac compressor, and light body work such as installing a new mirror on the car. You will not find a better auto repair shop than North Providence Tire and Auto. They always do everything at a fair price, and provide you with a quote in advance on the price for major repairs, and they have never turned me away for any repair or maintence I have needed. They are amazingly accommodating, especially being versed in every make and model, even foreign vehicles like, BMW. When I tell you so many mechanics refuse to work on my car because I have a BMW, is so frustrating. You never have to deal with this problem at North Providence Tire and Auto. I wish I knew about them before I moved to the area. They would have been my go to much longer ago.”
